    Yes, you can. The NDIS allows us to provide you with 24/7 on-call support without support staff being present at all times. However, your needs and situations will determine whether you can get this type of support from us. Get in touch with our team for more information about the same.

    Do you have SIL options that allow me to share accommodation with my friends or family?

    Yes, we at Maame-Gyamaa Pty Ltd (MG) do have such options for you. We can customise our SIL program according to your specific living preferences and ensure the arrangement of an accommodation setting where you can share space with your family or friends.

    Do you consider last-minute bookings or emergencies for respite care?

    When we decided to provide participants with respite care, we made up our mind with the intention of adhering to all their needs and situations. This means that we will always consider your emergencies or last-minute bookings to provide you with appropriate respite care services.

    Can I engage online with my community through your community participation programs?

    Yes, we can organise community participation programs that enable you to engage online with your community. We keep every door to active community involvement open for you to access and make the most of as you step into the virtual world. This option is more effective for those individuals who have major physical mobility restrictions.

    Can you plan a respite care program for my entire family?

    Although there are many providers who offer respite care for an entire family, Maame-Gyamaa Pty Ltd (MG) may or may not plan the same. It basically depends on your situation and who is constantly treating you. We’ll thoroughly assess every detail of your life and plan the perfect respite support for you.

    How do you maintain the confidentiality of your behavioural support plans?

    We are extremely strict with your behavioural support plans and only share them with authorised parties who are directly involved in the participant’s care. The privacy and confidentiality of the plans are our top priorities.

    Can I get behavioural support after getting out of my institutional care?

    Yes, you can get it! Our behavioural support can help you address every challenging transition with ease, including when transitioning out of institutional care. We bring tailored strategies into action to help you seamlessly adapt to new routines and environments.

    Does your high-intensity care include assistance with transportation?

    Although they are different programs we offer, you can get assistance with transportation when undergoing our high-intensity care program. However, it will completely depend on your needs and how intense your situation is. We will verify everything before proceeding with this type of support.
